The EIA Commission will, therefore, the construction of a structure which has proved to be incompatible, both for the havoc and destruction of nature formed by the rocks that characterize the place, and for the particular conditions of the settlement areas who have already exhausted the "carrying capacity" or do not, because of their peculiar nature and / or destination, location of the port complex as big as this one.
